Because our products are hand-blended skincare and personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or general dissatisfaction. To help you choose with confidence, we warmly encourage:- patch testing
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. To request a return or replacement:- Email amanda@miskinorganics.com.au
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
- Attach clear photos if applicable
Refunds
Once an approved return is received:- refunds or replacements are processed within 24 hours
- refunds are issued to the original payment method
- you will be notified by email once processed

- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender unless the item is faulty
